Il y a deux ans, des membres d’un bout à l’autre du pays se sont réunis pour une toute première conférence sur la négociation avec les Fonds non publics. C’est là que vous avez établi les priorités et choisi les revendications à mettre de l’avant pour améliorer vos salaires et vos conditions de travail.
À l’issue d’un vote massif en faveur d’une grève, les membres des Fonds non publics (FNP) des unités de négo à Ottawa, Valcartier, Montréal–St-Jean, Bagotville, Petawawa et Kingston pourraient maintenant débrayer à tout moment faute d’entente.
À l’issue de votes tenus entre le 20 novembre et le 14 décembre, le personnel des Fonds non publics (FNP) de Kingston, Petawawa, Ottawa, Valcartier, Montréal–Saint-Jean et Bagotville a donné au syndicat un mandat de grève clair et sans équivoque, où, en moyenne, 94 % des membres ont voté pour le déclenchement d’une grève.
