La CRTESPF a approuvé la demande le 10 juin, et nous attendons notre certificat officiel.
Labour board approves application to combine SSO bargaining units
Earlier this year, PSAC and the employer submitted a joint application to the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLREB) to combine the two Statistical Survey Operations (SSO) bargaining units. The FPSLREB approved the application on June 10, 2021, and we are awaiting the official certificate.

Selon deux rapports récents, les hauts fonctionnaires du ministère de la Défense nationale (MDN) ignorent et sous-estiment la sévérité du climat de travail toxique au sein du Ministère. « Le ministre de la Défense et les députés qui siègent au Comité de la condition féminine ne comprennent toujours pas l’impact de cette toxicité sur la vie des milliers de travailleuses et travailleurs civils au MDN », déplore June Winger, présidente de l’Union des employés de la Défense nationale.

Two recent reports show that the severity of the toxic workplace culture within the Department of National Defence (DND) is still being misunderstood and underestimated by top officials in the department. "The Minister of Defence, and Members of Parliament who sit on the Status of Women Committee, still do not understand the impact of the toxic culture within the department on the lives of thousands of civilian DND workers,” said Union of National Defence President June Winger.
