Groupe PA : Séance d’information pour les conseillers en rémunération

Bien des questions ont été soulevées concernant spécifiquement les conseillères et conseillers en rémunération durant les votes de ratification, qui ont commencé le 24 août et se terminent le 29 septembre. Par conséquent, l’équipe de négociation offrira une séance d’information complémentaire en ligne pour répondre à ces questions.

PA group: Information session for compensation advisors

As PA group members have been participating in ratification votes that began on August 24 and conclude on September 29, a number of additional questions have been raised that apply specifically to compensation advisors. PSAC’s bargaining team will therefore be offering an additional information session to answer your questions.

Démission de la vice-présidente exécutive nationale

Aujourd’hui, la vice-présidente exécutive nationale (VPEN) de l’AFPC, Magali Picard, a annoncé sa démission.

« C’est avec le cœur lourd que je vous annonce aujourd’hui ma démission à titre de vice-présidente exécutive nationale. Le dernier mois a été difficile, tant sur le plan personnel que professionnel. Le moment est maintenant venu pour moi de me concentrer sur ma famille », confie Magali Picard.

National Executive Vice-President resigns 

PSAC’s National Executive Vice-President (NEVP), Magali Picard, announced her resignation today. 

“It is with a heavy heart today that I announce my resignation. The past month has been a difficult one, personally and professionally. It is the right time for me to focus on the needs of my family,” said Picard.

Quelques semaines à peine avant l’élection provinciale au Nouveau-Brunswick, Caitlin Grogan, étudiante diplômée, s’est vu confier une tâche presque surhumaine. Nommée candidate du NPD dans la circonscription de Quispamsis, au nord de Saint John, elle n’aurait que quelques jours pour rallier des partisans et partager sa vision, mais sans organiser de rassemblements ni faire de porte-à-porte en raison de la pandémie.

Just weeks before the provincial election in New Brunswick, post-graduate student Caitlin Grogan was saddled with a nearly impossible task. Nominated as the NDP candidate for the riding of Quispamsis, just north of Saint John, Grogan had to scramble to gain support and share her vision – all without holding rallies or going door to door due to the pandemic.

Le 3 september, l’équipe de négociation de Parcs Canada a réussi à conclure une entente de principe avec l'employeur. L’équipe de négociation recommande à l’unanimité d’accepter la nouvelle entente de principe.

Parks Canada ratification kit, including the full text of the agreement, now available

On September 3, PSAC’s Parks bargaining team reached a tentative agreement with the Parks Canada Agency. The bargaining team unanimously recommends ratification of the new agreement.

The ratification kit which includes the full text of the tentative agreement is now available for download.

L’AFPC conclut une entente avec Parcs Canada

Victoire pour les membres de l’AFPC à Parcs Canada : l’AFPC a réussi à conclure une entente de principe avec l’employeur. L’entente comprend une augmentation économique concurrentielle, une plus grande parité avec l’administration publique centrale, de meilleures conditions et sécurité d’emploi, sans aucune concession.
