The Alliance Executive Committee (AEC) consists of the National President, the National Executive Vice-President and seven Regional Executive Vice-Presidents. The AEC is responsible for the day-to-day financial decisions of the union, overseeing campaigns, mobilizing members, defending members and preserving the rights of the union and its members in the workplace. The AEC meets once a month or as required.

Chris Aylward, National President

Chris Aylward was elected as the National President of the Public Service Alliance of Canada at PSAC’s 18th National Triennial Convention in May 2018. He previously served as PSAC’s National Executive Vice-President from 2012-2018.
