Send a message to your Member of Parliament and ask them to support changes to modernize the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act (FPSLRA). It only takes a minute to have an impact.

To strengthen your message, add a sentence or two about why this issue matters to you. You could mention personal stories about: 

• bargaining delays in your workplace;  
• grievances taking too long to resolve;  
• pay problems;  
• barriers faced by casual or short-term workers; 
• the impact of replacement workers on your workplace.
