The Education and Library Science (EB) group is scheduled to return to the bargaining table once ongoing negotiations for the PA group and common issues wraps up. In addition to a number of bargaining issues that are common to all Treasury Board members, we are seeking the following contract improvements: 

• Wage parity with comparable jobs 
• New national rate of pay for teachers who work for 12 months (ED-EST) 
• Allowance for union members who teach Indigenous languages 
• Improvements to professional development 

PSAC will provide an update once talks begin.
